Venue
The program will take place at the beautiful Faculty Club at the University of Toronto.
It will start at 9.00 am on both days and end at 5.00 pm.

Faculty

Annie Simpson M Ed is a Leadership Facilitator, Trainer and Coach. She has been engaged in leadership education for 20 years and specializes in the emotional and interpersonal dimensions of leadership. At the University of Toronto, she helped to grow a large leadership institute and designed programs for students and corporate professionals. At Western University, Annie designed and taught development programs for faculty and staff who led teams.
As the Founder of Annie Simpson Consulting, she is inspired to work with leaders and teams to build cultures where collaboration, empathy, wellbeing and inclusion are prioritized.
She has been teaching the Search Inside Yourself program since 2018 and is also certified in the EQI 2.0.

Carolina Lasso is the founder and CEO of Plenari, author of The Path to Flourishing and The Purpose Reset.
Passionate about creating practical tools to help people flourish, Carolina combines her business background with her dedication to personal development as a teacher, coach, and mentor.
Carolina has worked as a leader at the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute, Google, American Express, and Telemundo. She is also a certified emotional intelligence, leadership, resilience, and mindfulness expert, business mentor, and Purpose Coach.
She enjoys oil painting, dancing, spending time with her family in her native Colombia, and discovering new places around the world.
